All Ariva pieces come with a plating guarantee, ensuring your jewelry stays shiny and tarnish-free. If the plating fades or wears off, we’ll replace it for you—no questions asked.

How do I apply for a replacement?

Just drop us an email at help.ariva@gmail.com with your Unique ID Number (you’ll find it on your order invoice), and our team will assist you within 24–48 hours.

What qualifies for a free replacement?

You’re eligible if:

What does the plating guarantee cover?
