Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our replacement policy.

Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day replacement policy for all unused, unworn, and undamaged items—no questions asked. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ARIVA purchase, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • ARIVA reserves the right to inspect the returned items before approving a replacement.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

  • If your ARIVA product was purchased from a third-party retailer or marketplace, their replacement and refund policies will apply.

Refunds
